Seminar Evaluation for Real Estate Investors
Seminar Evaluation of Real Estate Investing Seminars We Attended And Our Thoughts About Them

When we first started attending seminars, we had no idea whether we were wasting our money (that we really couldn't afford to loose) or not. We would have enjoyed getting good feedback prior to committing the money. Fortunately, we were pretty lucky in the beginning. Maybe our comments will help someone who is just getting started in a positive way.
We started when Ron LeGrand was still affiliated with SDI Wealth Institute and attended a number of the seminars he created. Many of those seminars are not available in the same format that they were when we started. New ones are springing up all the time.
Regardless who teaches the new seminars, a participant would be hard pressed to find a more exciting seminar presenter than Ron LeGrand. When that guy is on it, he is incredible. I think single handedly, he has sparked more serious real estate investors into action and success than any other one individual.
Whether you like him or hate him (and a love hate relationship with Ron is not uncommon because he tends to be so brutally honest and doesn't really care what people think about it), he is amazing and we personally owe our start in the real estate investing business to him.
Regarding Our
Seminar Evaluation
We're just shooting form the hip here, and our rating system is very simple and subjective: 5 is top, 1 is bottom.
We're just telling you what we experienced and how we see things. Most websites talk about and promote seminars that the creators have not attended.
It makes more sense - to me - to listen to people who put their money where their mouth is. If you were to talk to other attendees to the same seminars, you might get different feedback than ours.
Bear in mind, however, that most people who attend seminars
never do anything with the information. We did. We find the same thing to be true at local real estate investing clubs. A number of members have been paying members for a year or two and have yet to complete a real estate transaction.
But we think our seminar evaluation is reasonable and somewhat objective. You be the judge.
If you disagree with us or would like to add additional or opposing perspectives, please email us your
seminar evaluation feedback,
we'd love to hear from you.
