Meet Ron LeGrand

When it comes to real estate investing
Ron LeGrand is the man...

Ron LeGrand has bought more than 1600 single-family houses himself. He is a master of "quick turn" real estate and a fantastic teacher.

Ron has stated that his primary goal now is to create more millionaires than anyone else. He is well on his way to accomplishing this.

We saw Ron LeGrand the first time at a Peter Lowe seminar at the Key Arena in Seattle in February 2001. He talked about setting up a self directed Roth IRA to invest in real estate...

and he really got our attention.

The first training we attended - where he taught - was a one day Cash Flow Seminar in April 2001. We found him to be an energizing speaker and we caught the "vision".

Since that time, we have heard him speak on numerous occasions and have grown to admire and respect him personally. He tends to be outspoken, direct and entirely capable.

Ron has a deep concern for the "little" guy(gal). He will go the extra mile trying to help somebody who is trying to learn and improve his (or her) lot in life.

But he has a short fuse for people who aren't willing to work hard and take responsibility for their own lives and their actions.

Ron has a great sense of humor and an intensity that emulates a high level of intelligence.

Lots of people bad mouth the guy...

But our experience has been that they may be unjustified in their comments for whatever reason.

Ron is one of the nicest guys that we have met and we have grown to respect his insight into human nature, his tenacity and his desire to make a difference in the world. You might find him a bit rough around the edges - and extremely direct. It's kind of a tough love scenario.

But he makes no bones about whom he is. Personally, I like a fast paced teacher who knows the material well and gets to the point.

Over and over again, in his courses and seminars Ron encourages you:

  • to take action
  • minimize your personal risk
  • to take personal responsibility
  • never to make promises you can't keep

    This photo was taken at the last Guerilla Marketing (a real estate investing seminar) that Ron is going to teach personally. It was a great seminar - the audience was tuned in and there was a tremendous accumulation of talent and experience in the room.

    Networking with the group was an experience in itself. It was a fast paced class, with a lot of humor and comradery and packed full of information.
