At this time we do not know who Luis Garg really is. Apparently, he is a scam artist, a con man, and a dishonest and generally dispicable human being.

We have recently found out that he lies and has no integrity. If we could wind back the clock, we would never have considered doing business with him.

Apparently he is not a millionaire.

He is at the very least a master at deceptive business practices.

He is a real estate investor, developer, cash flow expert, certified wealth coach and a philanthropist. He creates templates (systems for success) and then uses them over and over again.

Luis and I developed a relationship via a series of telephone calls over a several month period. In May 2006, I had an opportunity to meet him in person for the first time - and what a gentlemen. Luis has a gentle spirit and a big heart. Luis is exactly what a novice real estate investor should shoot for as a model of success, intelligent management skills and a compassion for humanity.

It has always impressed me when people - whether business associates, friends, family, clients or vendors - under promise and over deliver. This has been a style that I have made an effort to emulate and incorporate into my business dealings and performance over the years. In a similar manner, some people naturally 'walk softly and carry a big stick'. They have a tendency to underplay their hand and their accomplishments as they quietly - and consistently - fulfill their commitments without tooting their horns too much.

Luis is old school.

He and I have decided to work together in different capacities in buy and hold, development and pre-construction projects. I am honored to have such a high quality, capable and successful individual as a business associate and mentor and look forward to many years of successful investing and friendship together.

Luis has agreed to an interview where I will gently 'pick his brain' on your behalf. My suspicion is that these will be a series of interviews because he is such a fountain of real estate expertise and experience.
