Meet Louis Brown

Louis Brown - Mentor, Teacher and Very Savvy Investor

Louis has a knack for winning people's trust and becoming their ally and friend. He genuinely likes people. He seems to
share something in common with other genuine mentors and real estate gurus in that...

Louis Brown loves to help the beginning
investor get on her feet and get going.

Driven by an empathy for having been there himself, he takes care of the students who study and honestly make an effort to succeed, using his system.

Besides being a never ending fountain of experiential based information about real estate investing, Louis Brown has a very gentle - everybody gets it - sense of humor.

My Gut Tells Me That...

Louis Brown would not be a pleasant adversary because he is so well informed and intelligent. Out of his 20+ years of active real estate investing experience comes an effective and comprehensive real estate investing system.

Many gurus agree that it is the most complete system of paperwork, training tapes, home study courses available in one package. Ron LeGrand personally pointed his finger at Louis after Lou's presentation in Las Vegas and said to me,

"Lou's got the best paper work in the business. It's a complete system."

His paperwork makes real estate investing a lot easier than not having it - primarily from avoiding mistakes. After using it for a while, it's clear that Ron was right.

Louis Brown seems to be the master of details and strategy through systems. He tells his story of the trials and tribulations as a young, green, inexperienced investor - getting his clock cleaned from time to time - in a very animated and entertaining manner. From each experience in that growth from novice to expert, he has woven a method for strategy, risk prevention and execution into his system.

On top of that, Louis Brown is a nice guy - he's good people.

Land Trusts

One of the areas where Louis has developed a high level of expertise is in using land trusts in real estate investing. He is very knowledgeable on the subject and has a great course on the topic in his program. Even if you already are very familiar with land trusts, this is highly recommended material.

He is not an armchair quarterback either.

  • In 2002, he told a group in Seattle that he would net seven figures in rehab alone. He's got a rehab machine in Atlanta.

  • He is going to make a seven figure spread on a property he optioned several years ago by selling his option to a developer who needs the property to complete his development.

  • Louis is also a master of building equity through rental income property - in a big way - and he teaches students how to do the same thing using private money.
  • Ron LeGrand lit my real estate investing fire and helped me immensely - motivating me, capturing my imagination and getting me started.

Louis Brown helped me begin to refine my drive and get me more focused. His material and instruction - like Ron's - is a must for investors who are serious about making money in real estate investing.

    Louis Brown makes sense...

This guy emanates an intensity and sense of purpose that's appealing. It must stem from the fact that we've all been there - in his stories.

He enables us to laugh at ourselves through the parody he creates of his own mistakes. It's functional stuff. We can use it.

If you have the opportunity you should try to hear him speak and learn from him. Louis is a sophisticated real estate investor and he offers practical tips regarding asset protection as well.

This picture was taken at Lou's one day seminar sponored by REAPS (Real Estate Association of Puget Sound) one of the Seattle area investor's group. This was the 4th time for me to hear Louis speak and I had a front row seat - cool !!!
