Meet John Ulmer

John is very successful real estate investor who has created a rehab machine in Toledo, Ohio over the last 20 years. He is a master marketer and has developed a specialty in creating private financing to fund his real estate transactions.

At a seminar in Atlanta in October 2002, John mentioned that he expected to do about 350 houses the next year, when asked what volume of business he was transacting.
