Meet Jeff Kaller

Jeff Kaller is a smart real estate investor.

Several years of blood, sweat and tears as a beginning investor - doing lease options, rehabs and flipping properties led him to specialize in the investing niche of buy distressed properties in preforeclosure.

Jeff has a preforeclosure program that focuses on buying properties "subject-to" from the seller, getting the deed and then negotiating a short sale with the lender(s).

His course includes fairly
thorough paperwork and instructions on how to use and understand the documents. It's
a really good primer on the mechanics of the preforeclosure segment of investing in foreclosure properties.

Jeff teaches how to invest in foreclosures with bad credit or even if you have very little cash. The course includes instructions about how to buy preforeclosures using direct mail in conjunction with preforeclosure lists.

The course does not teach how to find preforeclosures, it assumes that you have access to notice of defaults lists or local notifications of notice of trustee sales in your local market.
